Shipping Policy
Shortages such as missing items and/or any visible shipping damage must be noted at the time you receive the shipment and must written on the shipping receipt and signed by you and the driver. It is the customers responsibly to notify ProCraft of any damages to the shipment within 24 hours of delivery. If an order is signed for and accepted by the customer with out any note on the shipping receipt, the order will be considered complete. ProCraft must be notified of any other damages within 5 days. Any items installed and /or not in the original packing cannot returned or claimed as damages.
ProCraft will be happy to provide you a estimate for shipping , You are welcome to provide your own shipping, you will need to provide a BOL and Packing list for each order.
